Northland Health Centers Board of Directors Elects Future CEO

The Board of Directors has announced that Northland Health Centers has elected Rachel Thomas, CFO as the organization’s future CEO in an upcoming transition for when Nadine Boe, CEO retires. Her nurse was also wonderful. Very kind and also listened to why I was there and what I needed. The receptionist was also very sweet and helpful. I was very pleased. Went in for a tooth extraction, was explained exhaustively every step, was considerate to my need to "take a break" and it seemed quick, 10/10 service. *Thought I already left a review, but went in about two years ago for similar procedure and service was equally good, my point being, really good dentists and techs/nurses, I can really appreciate consistency like this.

She is above and beyond knowledgeable and caring. She went over side effects and explained things I went through/was going through like no one ever had before. The receptionist is awesome! She treats you as an equal and NOT as a low income person. My wife and I have had bad experiences in the mid 1980's when we had low income and the receptionist was LESS than friendly. Thanks and GOD bless you and the staff there. : )
